Before I start, let me make it very clear that I am in no way related to the company behind Nichebot. I am merely sharing this information because I want to help out many struggling Internet marketers.

Now let me explain why I think Nichebot is THE best kept secret in SEO (Search Engine Optimization).

Do me a favor, go to Google and search for "Nichebot". How many affiliates ads do you see promoting this program? Two? One? Last I checked, there were absolutely zero.

Why? Because Nichebot costs pocket-change and affiliates barely make any money from promoting it.

Yet it remains THE most powerful keyword research service on the Internet, hidden away in the arsenals of those who are lucky enough to stumble upon it.

If you haven't heard of Nichebot and you are reading this article, consider yourself very lucky because I am going to show you exactly what Nichebot can do for you.

What Exactly Does Nichebot Do?

What you can do with Nichebot is this:

You type in a root keyword for which you want to conduct a keyword search like "cookies" and hit "Go". It will give you 1000 related keywords along with how often they are searched for.

Then you tell Nichebot to check how many competitors there are competing for each keyword on the major search engines (You can choose to count something as competition by doing a quote-enclosed search of the keyword like "this", or you can choose to count competition only if the keyword appears in the title of the page. I do the latter).

Then you tell Nichebot to only show keywords that have less than 1000 competing pages and atleast 100 searches a day.

Then you sort the list in descending order of KEI (Keyword Effectiveness Index).

This will give you the motherload: the keywords with the LEAST competition and the MOST searches.

And here's the kicker...

This entire process will take you less than 5 minutes.

What else can Nichebot do?

So you can grab the best keywords with the least competition. But is that it? Hah! Glad you asked!

I won't go too much into details but here's some of the different tools you get:

- Grab top 500 related keywords from WordTracker
- Grab top 1000 related keywords from Keyword Discovery
- Grab top 100 related keywords from Overture
- Grab upto 2200 related keywords from Google
- Grab top 1000 or so thematically related keywords from Google

Note: All these tools mentioned above also display the competition for each keyword, the daily search count and some other neat calculations.

That's not all...

- WordTrend Visual Keyword Reports allow you to instantly see a graphical monthly breakdown of search volume for a particular keyword over the course of past 12 months.

- For any keyword, get information on the top 100 or so listings in Google (with API key), Yahoo or MSN. This includes how many backlinks they have, how many indexed pages they have, the page rank, and more.

- Comprehensive keyword density reports

- Check your ranking for the top 1000 results for a particular keyword on Google, Yahoo, MSN.

- A neat little ROI (return on investment) calculator for PPC marketing.

Nichebot vs. The $167 tools

I've tried many keyword research tools. I've tried Keyword Elite (the #1 top selling Clickbank product at this moment), I've tried ClickAdEqualizer, and I've tried all the free keyword tools out there. Let me break it down for you.

DON'T spend money on Keyword Elite, ClickAdEqualizer or any other "downloadable" software.

Why? Because:

1. They are extremely slow. They use your internet connection which is probably a LOT slower than Nichebot's webserver's internet connection.

2. They scrape webpages, which is another reason why they are extremely slow. Nichebot on the other hand uses the API of each service they query, and get the results 100x times faster than any page scraping application ever could. I don't want to go into the technical details of what page scraping and API's are, but I'm a computer programmer so just trust me on this one.

3. They will get your IP banned from Google, Yahoo and all the other search engines they query with a large number of repetitve hits. The only way around this is using proxy servers which are a pain in the butt to manage. Nichebot will never get you banned (because they use the API).

4. Most of them use the outdated free Overture keyword tool which has been reporting inaccurate search counts for over a year now.

5. They cost 10 times what Nichebot costs. Or close to that. Nichebot costs a measly $9.99 per month and INCLUDES access to the WordTracker and Keyword Discovery databases each of which go for $59 USD/month and $49.99 USD/month respectively. There is an avid subscription for Nichebot which goes for $19.99 per month but for most people, the $9.99 subscription should be enough.

Nichebot vs the Free Tools

Well there really isn't any comparison. Try it yourself. Go to Google Sandbox, grab a copy of Good Keywords, check out the WordTracker free trial and then lastly check out Nichebot. There really isn't any competition. Nichebot just has way more power.

Hope this information has been helpful, and best of luck in your Internet Marketing career.
